Ondar Subscriptions, Credits, Cancellation and Refunds

This policy supplements Ondar’s Terms of Service. The price, currency, billing period and benefits shown in Apple’s purchase screen immediately before confirmation control the transaction if they differ from this summary.
Ondar+ subscriptions
Current U.S. list prices are:
- $19.99 per month;
- $49.99 for three months;
- $119.99 per year; and
- $79.99 per year for the founding offer, limited to the first 500 eligible subscribers while offered.
Taxes may apply. Ondar may change or discontinue plans or promotions prospectively. Apple will provide any notice or consent required for a subscription price change.
An Ondar+ subscription provides the benefits displayed on the purchase screen for the selected plan. It does not include every feature or action that requires credits. The app will show when an action requires credits before you confirm it.
Automatic renewal and billing
Payment is charged to your Apple ID through Apple’s In-App Purchase system after you confirm the purchase. Unless the purchase screen says otherwise, a subscription automatically renews for the same period until canceled. Apple charges the renewal price to your Apple account under its billing rules.
Any free trial or introductory offer will display its duration, eligibility, post-offer price and renewal terms before purchase. Unused trial time may be lost when you buy a paid subscription where Apple’s rules provide.
How to cancel
Cancel through iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Ondar, or open Apple’s subscription management page. Cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily leaves paid access active through the end of the current billing period.
Deleting Ondar or deleting your Ondar account does not automatically cancel the Apple subscription. Cancel the subscription separately. Ondar cannot cancel a subscription inside your Apple account for you.
Credits
Credits are limited, non-transferable licenses to use specified Ondar features. They are not money, stored value, a bank deposit or property; cannot be sold or transferred; and have no cash value. Purchased credits do not expire while the account remains active, unless a different lawful term is clearly disclosed before purchase. Credits may be removed if obtained through fraud, charge reversal or error. Closing an account forfeits unused credits except where law requires otherwise.
Before a credit action, Ondar will display the required amount and ask for confirmation. Ondar may correct an erroneous balance and will investigate a reported discrepancy.
Refunds and billing problems
Apple processes payments and refund requests for iOS purchases. Request a refund or report a billing issue through Apple’s refund portal or Apple Support. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple’s rules and applicable law. Ondar does not provide cash refunds outside Apple for transactions Apple processed, but will assist with product or balance errors at legal@ondar.co.
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.
