1. Who we are and what these Terms cover
These Terms govern the public Ondar website and its pre-launch waitlist, operated by Waystar Communications LLC, doing business as Ondar (“Ondar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
They do not govern use of a released app, TestFlight build, or an active beta product. Before providing access to those products, we will make the applicable terms and privacy information available.
When you submit the waitlist form after being presented with these Terms and agreeing to them, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Agreeing to these Terms does not itself give consent to optional analytics or sensitive-data processing.
2. Adults only
The website and waitlist are intended for adults who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of legal majority where they live. Do not register if you do not meet these requirements.
Use your own email address and provide accurate information. Do not register another person without their permission, impersonate someone, or misrepresent your eligibility.
3. How the waitlist works
Joining the waitlist lets us record your interest, understand demand by city, and contact you about access and launch availability. If you separately volunteer to help test, we may contact you about testing opportunities and related questions. You may decline any invitation or question.
Joining is free. It does not create a public dating profile, purchase a subscription, reserve a guaranteed place, or guarantee an invitation, launch date, feature, price, or benefit. Availability may depend on location, capacity and product readiness. We may change, pause or discontinue the waitlist or planned launch, subject to applicable law.
Screenshots, illustrations and descriptions of planned app features are previews, not commitments that every feature is currently available or will launch unchanged.
4. Your information and communications
Your registration information is handled under the Privacy Policy, not licensed to us for unrestricted use. Joining does not authorize us to publish your identity, turn your submission into a dating profile, or use your identity or responses as a testimonial or advertisement.
We may send the waitlist communications you request. You can leave the list or stop promotional emails through the instructions in those emails or by contacting privacy@ondar.co. We may still respond to your requests and send necessary notices about your information.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the website to submit spam, malicious code, unlawful material, stolen information or other people's sensitive information. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, evade security measures, scrape personal information or infringe another person's rights. This does not prohibit lawful reporting of a security concern or rights protected by applicable law.
We may reject or remove registrations reasonably associated with abuse, ineligibility or violations of these Terms.
6. Website content and feedback
Ondar and its licensors retain their rights in the website's branding, software and content. You may access the website for personal, lawful use. No ownership of our trademarks or software transfers to you.
If you voluntarily send a product suggestion, you permit us to use that suggestion to develop Ondar without an obligation to pay for the idea. This permission does not authorize publication of your personal information or override our privacy commitments. Do not send confidential third-party information.
Copyright or other rights concerns about website content may be sent to legal@ondar.co, with the relevant URL and a description of the concern. This contact is not a representation that we have registered a designated DMCA agent.
7. External services
The website may link to services such as Instagram. Their own terms govern your direct use of those services. Our use of service providers to operate the website remains subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable obligations; linking to a provider does not remove those obligations.
8. Availability and responsibility
The website and waitlist are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a particular result from joining. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes nonwaivable consumer or privacy rights, responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, or liability for fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence. These Terms do not require you to waive statutory remedies for misuse of personal information.
9. Governing law and concerns
Florida law governs these Terms, except where mandatory laws applicable to you require otherwise. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver for the website and waitlist.
Please contact legal@ondar.co with a concern. Contacting us is not a condition to exercising a right or filing a complaint with a regulator.
10. Updates and contact
We may update these Terms prospectively as the website changes. We will identify the effective date and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Where agreement is required, we will request it. A policy update does not retroactively authorize a new use of personal information.
